The General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) come into force on the 25th of May 2018 with a view to strengthening and unifying data protection. GDPR is specifically aimed at protecting personal data.
Data we hold
In order to provide the service our clients expect from us, we have to hold data related to your business and this will include contact name/s, contact telephone number, contact email address and contact invoice and / or service address details. We do not share these details with anyone outside your organisation or outside of Prestige Hygiene Services Ltd.
How we use your data
We only use client data to support our clients. We will never sell your data, nor share with any Third-Party marketing or sales agency. All client data is held at our office – Unit 3 (site 1), Northbridge Road, Berkhamsted HP4 1EF. We will use your data to keep you informed about the service/s you are contracted for or advise you of any service issues that may arise during your contract.
Consent
We do not use your data for anything other than providing you with the washroom hygiene service/s that you require. By entering into a contract with Prestige Hygiene Services Ltd we accept this as approval to use your data as we do to provide the service/s that you require.
Prestige Hygiene will never take more data than is necessary to fulfil its contractual obligations.
End of contract
At the termination of any contract, Prestige Hygiene will cease processing data for the client and all held data will be deleted.
