Public toilets are exempt from the Government lockdown restrictions and yet many

It appears that many are closed but not due to the risk of infection but to deter visitors to the area. With the easing of lockdown and unseasonably good weather councils are now left dealing with people urinating in public.

Some councils are now beginning to reopen toilets but would you use them?
