April marks the start of Stress Awareness Month!

Stress Awareness Month has been held every April, since 1992 to increase public awareness about both the causes and cures for our modern stress epidemic – during these unprecedented times that we are currently all experiencing I can appreciate that our levels of stress, anxiety and depression are higher than ever.
The Stress Management Society will be posting a series of blogs, newsletters and campaigns around ways to cope with stress.
A few key points to try to remember: -
1.Talk about Stress
2. Share your coping mechanisms
3. Be kind to those around you who are stressed and anxious
4. Look after yourself - we all need to think more about self-care!
